ok thanks for clearing that up. so it was a short term measure by the clubs which could end up costing the teams in the long term - sounds familiar

i don't like dual reg at all, again it is a short term fix for lower level clubs which could well hold back development of youngsters or see them leave the sport altogether if they know their place will be taken by a temp loan player. it is there simply to give superleague players game time
