Something doesn't seem right to me. The Meli incident happened very early in the Saints game didn't it? But Holdsworth then converted off the touchline & played the full 80. Does that sound like a severely concussed player? I know concussion can kick in some time later but your medical staff would have got him off the field if they had concerns, or have they dropped the ball & missed something? Or is there something else going on here?
