how do Wire, Leeds and Wigan?
The rumoured imbalance of our salary distribution with the old regime, and the few players we brought in during 2012, and the attempts at signing rangi, point towards the fact we were still a fair bit below the cap. Heard Manu was on decent money, and I guess Seymour will be payed off now. Our hands will be clean I reckon. |

This is dragging on more then expected and gets more complicated by the day. The longer it drags on the more convinced I am that they are waiting for an NRL club to come in with a two year deal. Just the way it has being published that he is leaving the titans rather then it being kept under wraps. Make's me think they are hoping for another NRL club to come in. |

I still stand by what i said, When we walked out at Wembley on 2008 we could have afforded Ellis and more on top of that squad |

I just find it hard to believe, that with the current lack of quality halfs in the world and the amount of clubs who would benefit from somebody like Scott Prince that we are the only club to offer him a deal.
Unless we were the only club to offer him a 3 year deal.
It all seems far fetched to me. |

If his signing takes us over the salary cap, would we need to first offload someone before we can officially sign Prince? |

Back ended contracts?
Off the top off my head we have Horne, O'Meley, Galea off contract. If we are planning to promote Shaul, Green and Kent to their squad standing we'd have enough spare cap to up Princes wage from year 1 120K year 2 200k and year 3 220k.
