| Like the sound of that, was resigned to McDonnel, McGoldrick or at best Kearney.
Wonder if the likely downgrade of Chase to Holdsworth has freed up cash for an upgraded FB ??
If so, briliant - my only concern for next year is the threat from the back 5, which SO FAR don't look top 4, but one decent signing can change that very quickly.
In AP, PG we trust............................

| Quote: Bitv Biff "think hes just refering to what wlf put in the diary -
So to the fall out after last week’s humiliating defeat of the Dobbins and a tremendous victory for the FC us ‘bruised and battered’ fans. Yeamo told me when I saw him this week that after the game as the Hull team retired victorious to the away dressing-room, the renditions of ‘Old Faithful’ was so passionate and so loud with players banging the furniture and hitting the walls, that he was surprised, “The Stand didn’t fall down!”. Afterwards the team didn’t get away till around midnight as the bus had trouble getting out of the car park and before that they were constantly harangued by idiot Dobbins fans coming into the player’s lounge and abusing them; a warm welcome at Caravan Park eh!'"
Not true. I saw the team coach at the Mount Pleasant junction on Holderness Road before 11.

| So if we were to sign a new fullback, who would people prefer to be the utility cover? Horne or McGoldrick.
It won't be Whiting, I expect him to be in the backrow next season.

hard to say really
McGoldrick at the moment at least but will probably be Horne if this scenario doesn't fall through mind

I think horne would be the better all round player, however mcgoldrick has gone well so far, tough one

Is this big name nrl signing going to be the full back then , instead of a prop what most people thought it would be ?

Well AP said that we were close to securing one of two half backs that wasn't Chase a few weeks back so it could be imminent, only have to wait a month to find out
Then again it could just be HDM spreading rumours
