Agreed, it was only his second ever game of RL too, I think once he gets to know the game a bit more he'll make a good full back.

Quite surprising scoreline in one sense. Our U20s were 4th in the table this morning with 19 points, Rovers were 11th with 8 points having played a game more. Rovers motivation in derbies is simply miles better than ours.

We had Green, Bowden, Kent, Cunningham, Crooks, Lynne, Briscoe (out on dual reg) Pearce (left) missing for one reason or another. Meaning our less established players were playing, and as such, it was men against boys.
