And why don't the board realise that 5 wins against the big teams in 3 years isn't good enough?! That's a pathetic record, and something that should see Agar lose his job. He can't get the team 'up' for the big games!

Indeed, Kear was far from perfect in his reign...but I'd prefer to be back in his 'era' of losing the easy ties but winning the big games than this...at least we had big moments of glory to keep cheering us up back then! |

An absolutely pathetic and embarrassing display last night...it was a joke that we couldnt break there line...to be fair i think any other club in superleague would of scored last night and the majority would have won that game against a poor leeds team.
Its abit of an eye opener also that we have won so few games against the top teams as stated in other posts...i never realised it was so poor!! Something has to give at some point...i find myself trying to convince myself that we have turned a corner and playing better....last night proves we clearly are going nowhere.

Briscoe was great for us, better than Phelps at the time he was with us, but would rather have Phelps now at present.

Since I'm bored with nothing better to do atm I thought I'd work out, out of us & the top 4 teams who's won the most games between us all. Not good reading at all-
Saints-27 wins-3 draws-4 CC Wins
Leeds-22 wins-1 draws-4 CC Wins
Wigan-20 wins-3 draws
Wire-15 wins-2 CC Wins
US-5 wins-1 draw
I should add that these stats are games played since the start of the 2008 season.
