Great game to watch. Pen could have gone either way to be honest, something that was said to me whilst watching was the fact washbrook wasnt looking at the ball just jumping for it?

A further ridiculous penalty Ganson gave was in the first half when Whiting fielded a kick and was then penalised for apparently crossing behind Will Sharp.

That's how I saw it aswell. I've just got home and looked at the incident on Sky + and at no time to he take his eyes off the ball. I think Mr Ganson likes a bit of controversy. |

That was a blatant obstruction. Not really Sharp's fault, more Whitings for deciding to run a line directly behind him. |

You are clearly a WUM. It was a kick down field which Sharp was chasing back. Whiting got there first and simply continued his run. Sharp does not have to get out of the way and Whiting is perfectly entitled to run that line. |

i thought the Foster knock on he got right, Horne knocked it out of his hand forwards, but the Washbrook challenge was very harsh, the thing is you see those up in the air tackles/challenges every week and they all seem to get pulled up nowadays. but for me it wasnt a penalty.

Agreed. What did Ganson expect Whiting to do? Go into reverse and run the open side of Sharp? Now that would have been crossing. |

The thing is bud,it was a pivotal moment,given our way ,we COULD have won.Not complaining too bitterly though,Saints second half comeback was top drawer,and I feel happy we hung on in there. |

what about the one when he penalized us for graham moving off the mark?...with a hull player lying on the floor what did ganson expecthim to do?.... to play the ball standing on the player.

That was simply evening things up for a shocking decision against Hull in the set before. |
