I agree Mrs B, I think he is more reliant on individuals rather than doing what the best teams do and that is work as a TEAM. It's called a team for a reason, maybe someone could point this out to him?

Our squad is up there. Thanks to Agar for that, at least. It's what he does(n't) do with them once they're here that's the problem. Supporting role at most for Agar. Been on the fence for 2 years now, but enough's enough.

Sky showed Webbo sat to Agars left (right of screen) a couple of times.

Same here, in fact I have tried to support him, but I feel the same enough is enough, lovely bloke but way out of his depth now, and completely lost the plot with selections and interchanges .
