Nope - they've won nowt. Nor are they likely to. I fancy a team & coach like Wigan personally.

Of course wigan should be the benchmark for what we aspire to be, they are after all the current champions. The point is they have players who will play for the coach, a coach who doesn't play a boring style of rugby (granted his way is not perfect). Rovers will go into every game of the season with a chance of winning it, they will give other teams something to think about.

We on the other hand have more a less written off most of our games before it kick offs and have nothing to give teams to worry about.

They have a half back pairing I would take in an instance.

Worst opening gate at the KC for 5 years, and we've played Hudds, Quins and Catalans in that time and got bigger gates.
In fact, we've only ever had two opening gates lower at the KC in 9 seasons. But no, not that bad.

Dont the club always count all season pass holders in the final gate attendance whether they attend or not??? this coupled with the amount Whino's brought would make our first home game attendance pretty poor to say the least!!!!!!!!!!...Havent heard the club crowing about us breaking any season pass sales neither!!!!!!!!!!! On top of this I now have a reserved seat in the east stand next to 'Giant Haystacks'...should have asked him to go halves with me for my pass as he was taking half of my seat as well as his own!!!!!!!!!....

Why do people claim that artificially inflating or reducing your crowd figures is a tax no no? The HMRC is only interested in the money side of things, not how many people turn up each week

The club dont.. it's a myth.

They count the number of people walking through the turnstyles.

attendences is a massive thing for me and the club should be doing everything possible to improve on the decent gates we get but potentially theres plenty more support out there obviously without going into the agar situation to much but he has to go and be replaced with a good coach that will bring good attacking entertaining rugby to attract people, also i like the idea of the family ticket but for me this has to be available for all areas of the stadium as season ticket holdes then can bring along family members ect

Ive relocated to the South Stand due to the new change in the East Stand and all I can say is the clubs dropped a bo@@ock big time.
Now I was never part of the 'chav corner' but now most have moved on the atmosphere has gone, I used to sit in the block next to it but having seen it from the South stand on friday night it was embarrassing, the area that pretty much generates the most noise was empty, I know it was on sky and I know it was cold but it was still against Leeds and it still was our 1st home game of the season....Now having watched it back (just incase the result changed) it looked shocking on the tv cameras, looked like we were playing Harlequins. We need the old way back because attendences are only going to drop...
I for one hope they do scrap it for next season because the south stand is painful, some people like it, some dont. You can hear people having full on conversations its that dead...
If it was me id have the 'chav corner' section and only that reserved only and leave the rest as it was last season, surely its do able...

Cant get to home games anymore since the switch to Fri nights, but watching it on tv looked awefull, the stadium looked empty, there was no atmosphere, a real shame, sad to see, like an earlier posters have said, a massive clanger by the club imo, heart ripped out. reminds me of when they knocked the old 3p stand down.
And 12500 for the first league game against Leeds, 16200 for the game in Sept, see people are voting with their feet and their wallets and staing away in their droves.
Agar gotta go. wake up Kath and Rule, do something!!!
