| Price is fine for me £230 for 14 games (13 league 1 cup) so under £17 a game. Which is what the average price is to follow the team away from home (strange but true).
Junior prices i assume have gone up throughout the super league but at £49 for 26 league games and 3 cup games (in theory) it is a bargain and means we can continue to follow them on the road without breaking the bank.
Between a rock and a hard place the decision on whether to renew or not. Although I know i will because i am missing it already. (Madness i know, not like there has been much to miss )

| including the charge for the direct debit scheme,it's £10 more for the season(east stand).but on the other hand the junior pass for my lad will work out cheaper!! £55 down to £49 as the junior prices have reverted to 5-16 years compared to the 2 banded age group last year,so an increase altogether of £4.can't complain really.

| How much were unreserved East stand passes last year..and how many seats were unreserved?
Now they've made it all reserved due to the chavs, I wonder what the profit a move like that will bring if they sell out most of the East stand.

| Quote: Dan_FC "I feel both your concerns but having grown up with football season tickets I still the value of rugby league is superb. I don't currently have a pass but for where me and my dad sit on a matchday in the west a season pass at £230 (around £17.69 a game) is fantastic compare to the prices of football as my season ticket this year cost me £499.99 behind the goal, whereas the equivalent style seat at the KC would be £199.99 and let's be honest I'm not exactly getting great value for money at the minute.'"
That's only an average of £21.70 a game which is less than the walk up cost of going to the rugby.

| Walk up prices are getting a bit silly for an average at best SL team.
Any other team in the league that charge £24 or more for a ticket bought on the day?

| Well for what its worth I feel that on the down side its a shame that the unresrved to reserved passes have gone up by ten pounds but thats understandable to a certain extent when you consider getting some parity with the rest of the reserved seats in the East. However I think the family enclosure is a step forward as is for the first time the ability to book on line using your customer number.
I guess, although I am no expert on these things, when the 6th Jan comes and VAT goes up the club will have to then pay an additional 2.5% on their income from their sale of individual match day tickets. I think its still expensive for say a young family to go to seperate games but the passes are exceptionally good value for money when you look at the facilities at the KC and compare these prices with last seasons and pass prices at other clubs.
All in all I think its a fair increase, and less than a lot anticipated, and setting asside the unreserved East standers who I have already mentioned, pretty fair, but no doubt some will pick holes in it.
The issue of course is the general financial situation that 'Joe Public' finds himself in, in these times of financial hardship there will be a resisitance to buy, and ticket sales will go down, they will I believe, at most clubs with the exception of the Wigan (Wave of euphoria) and Bradford (One last throw of the dice) schemes, but I don't think that these increases will be instrumental in causing people to stop buying season tickets, that will I think be down to a lesser extent to our style of play, and our 'Salary Capped' inability to pull off signing of the magnitude of last season, and to a greater extent to the national economic climate.
Just my initial thoughts of course.

£26.20 per game I make it, that was bought under the early bird had I bought it later it would have been £580. The comparison of walk up prices are significantly different £24 for rugby and £34 for football.

So you're saying you would sooner put money into [ianother[/i teams coffers and also pay for the travel to watch the same "Rubbish Rugby" team?

Unreserved seats are looking at a £15 increase for a pass or £1 per game for those who pay on the day, where as reserved seats are £5 more than last year with matchday prices frozen.
There is an extra 6 blocks been made reserved, which I estimate at another 3600 seats.
