If he's anything like his brother he'll have the mentality to cope with it, even if he does have a mare! He's 17, we shouldn't expect much anyway.

| Quote: Panda92 "It's not what I would do personally, but we all know, deep-down, that Agar will play Hall as the FB.
I'd give Jack Briscoe a go. Essentially, it's a choice between him and Hall. However, we know that we won't have Hall next season, and we know that has is generally naff at FB, so I'd give Briscoe the game. he's a guy we're gonna have for the next season, at least, and he's been training with the firstteam squad, so I think he should get his chance. our play-off place is secured, so he won't have as much pressure on him as he could've had. That said, if he played Warrington would certainly target him.'"
yes, i would go with that, give the kid some valuable first team experience, the perfect opportunity to blood him imo

| Jack Briscoe isn't ready from what I've seen. Even in the U20's he's looked suspect as the last line of defence and against the kicking onslaught that's coming from Briers, Myler and Monoghan he'll struggle. I recognise the lack of options but for Jack's sake I hope he's not selected. He's played plenty of Wing - think he'd be better getting a quick taste of SL there before he assumes his role at FB.

Those shouting for Jack to play FB need to give their head a serious bang!

| Briers would kick young Jack to death, that said, can't come up with an option that has no draw backs......or fullbacks. Can't imagine he'll go for Hall after Wigan. Berrigan probably has the ability to do well there but is in the halves so i guess it should be one of the Briscoe's........Sean!!!!!!

| 1. Berro
6. Turner
7. Washbrook
Simply incorporate the fullback as an extra H/B. Put hall in centres.
Or try Manu in the centres again and have burnett in the backrow?

| I would hazard a guess that a few people that have put briscoe at fb haven't seen him play and are just agreeing with people or that it's tom brother and expect him to be ready like he was , for me jack isn't ready at all I know were really short at fb but would be a massive gamble that might do more harm than good

| If we are to blood Jack, it'd have to be on the wing. Tom Briscoe could handle the FB role I reckon. Maybe worth a shot?
We can't afford to move Berro from the halves. Turner and Washbrook at halves would mean zero tries scored.

| A certain 16 year old made his debut for Hull FC at full back against Leeds in 1989.
He went on to play for Great Britain and is I believe out top scorer in SL.
Now it's Jack Briscoe's turn to step into the spotlight.
Any other 'solution' just weakens out already depleted half back and centre options.
