Agree with that, never said otherwise. But that was one of the least entertaining games I've ever seen, as much down to the referee as the conditions. He also made several basic errors and had to be put right by his touch judges a couple of times. Of the 40 people directly involved on the pitch tonight, he was by far the worst performer and he has the most important job.
