I've said for ages that he's useless, I'd love for Hull to get rid of him so we can sign a good (at the very least) 6. He's got to be one of the worst off halves in the league, offers nothing apart from having a pretty good grubber kick right on the line. Sick of seeing him use a drop off or just pass it to Manu.

Although, Hull won't get rid of him as he's Mr. Hull FC. Which is a shame for our great club as we'll never be a good attacking team again with him in one of the key positions add to the fact that he's probably our weak link in the team now.

If they dont get rid of Agar after this and the last few seasons, they aint going to let Horne go

Horne will look much better when Long plays as he did earlier in the season. He cant run a team around the park, he cant organise, and he cant lay players off at the line but we already knew that.

I'm sure in that HullFC board room there's a 'Life On Mars/Ashes To Ashes' phenomenon going on...in there its still 2006 or 2007 and Hull are still a big club challenging for honours, and the fans are happy and everything's good and rosey in the garden.

I don't think I've ever seen the board so detached from the fans...I know their business is to put bums on seats so that 'positive PR' is needed..but the fans deserve a bit of honesty from time to time (as Adam Pearson has done by telling the City fans how bad their financial situation is, for example)

I'd have much more respect for the board if they came out and said 'things still aren't right, but we will do everything we can to make it work' it'd be better than the "our fans are so loyal, the best fans in rugby league" brown-nosing we get each week. Even the PA announcer is doing it before kickoff now.

I just don't think there's any passion at board level. As long as the cash cow is producing pound notes, and more importantly Leeds are winning SL then its all good in the board room. We deserve better.

so why do we keep playing him in that position then?

why not move him to centre or full back where he doesn't have those responsibilities?

For me, its as if they believe that the fans will live off the final win for years to come. They will be fooked without the fans, yet they think we'll just put up with this crap season after season. I'd love Adam Pearson at the top of our club, come to think of it, Ian Dowie could do a better job than Agar

think you'll find hes not! when Horne gets back on the field, you'll see Horne come into his own, as he did do when him and Long played together, some people on here really need to think before posting!!

He's had a couple of good games this season, and hasn't played consistently well since 2006. He was one of our worst today, I expect a lot more from one of our senior, international players.

Horne is still a decent player he is just not a scrum half. I asked James Rule why we haven't signed a second scrum half and he said because of salary cap... his usual answer. we will never win anything with Horne or Washbrook or anyone else at scrum half it is a specilaist position.

He's had his pay day now , We need to start a fresh next season .Would have loved to have seen him at 1 under McRea after Prescott but it's time for the club to let him go.
