| Quote: Evil Absinthe "Couldn't believe they were singing 'You'll never walk alone' when i was taking my seat. Its not sodding anfield so why did anyone think that was an appropriate song?'" You obviously didn't stand in 3D Stand then. I remember singing You'll Never Walk Alone many a time in the 80's/90's.
I was reminded of this the other week when we watched the 1991 Premiership Final and you can clearly hear us all singing it very loudly.

| No Karen i was in the stand opposite in the early 80s. Wasn't living in Hull in 1991. In any case I wouldn't sing that scousers song if you paid me, sorry, and I noticed nobody much was singing it yesterday either.

It brought back many great memories including winning the Prem in 1991.
I also got through it by pretending I was at Celtic lol!!!

| Pre match entertainment always better at Caravan Park.
You can play shoplifter Sweep in the supermarket, then have a game of Shopping trolley dodgems in the carpark.
For the little ones theres the Ball Pool, as a cost cutting exercise and to aid recycling substitute the balls with empty white lightening and frosty jack bottles.
Then round it off with a nice burger cooked in the glove box of the stolen astra burning in the carpark.

| They might have had them doing the pre-match as they've done a bit for Horney's testimonial. Mike was on the panel at RL Factor and Johnny Pat was the compere. They're also both doing the gala at New Theatre for him. The day was about raising money for Horney and I would imagine those 2 did it either cheap or free. Could have been much worse; we could have had some X Factor numpty murdering some more well known songs.
