There are a few more, Yeaman when fit, Tansey, Houghton, Berrigan (when Thorman isn't playing).
Our main problems lie at half back and up front, Myton under 12's would have more impact. A fact proven by the love affair with Sam Moa currently going on on this board.

Not even the greatest coach could make this lot play rugby.
As for the guy comparing the situation to a business he manages that is marginally different.
I don't think Agar should be here, for me he is a great guy to have in the background but not in the foreground. However its about time people realise these players ain't good enough and sacking a coach isn't going to change that.'"
this team isn't a top 4 side, no matter who coaches them
however I think it is capable of finishing 5th-8th with a proper coach in charge. And I don't think anybody would grumble with 5th-8th finishes with the chance of going on a run in time for the playoffs. That level is the bare minimum that this club should be at, with a top4 finish classed as a good season.

Exactley, I aint defending Agar to say he should be our head coach I;m just defending him because he is not on his own regarding "problems". Infact I reckon Agar is a small problem, we have far too many players who know they'll be picked regardless or just ain;t good enough. A shake up is just what this club needs.

I don't disagree in what you are saying, but a good coach will get average players playing better, with better structures etc. I agree some players need to go but with a half decent coach i think we would be in a better position than we are today.
I applaud the stance we appear to be taking against some players, but we should enhance that approach by replacing the coach with a proven, quality 1st class coach.

Sorry but that is drivel. Granted our squad isn't great but isnt as bad as our league placing suggests either. The history of team sports is littered with good squads that have failed because the management wasnt up to it. I could write a list as long as your arm but in the last year we've seen it at Warrington with Lowes and Chelsea with Scolari. Agar is responsible for getting the best out of these players and he's getting nowhere near.

| A great coach will make the best of what he has - see Brian Smith when he arrived at Hull as an example.

2006 - Grand finalists
2007 - Scrape into play offs
2008 - Second from bottom
2009 - Same position.
I'd say our squad is were it deserves to be and we probably over performed to be were we are today. To suggest anything else is utter "drivel"

Yes but if you have players who don't want to play for the club or don't want you at the club your not going to get the best out of them are you.

disagree with that, we finished 4th, and we fully deserved too after we turned it round when Head arrived. And only Barrett was the difference against Wigan in the playoffs.
I don't think we over performed at all in 2006 and 2007, we simply had more game changing players. And Sharp had us playing disciplined, error free rugby...until his recruitment let him down and he failed to replace key players.

Depends what you mean. Of course we don't deserve to be in them judging by how we've performed, but our squad on paper is at least better than salford, celtic, cas, wakey, harlequins and bradford IMO.
