Yeah, but next season he'll still have players he never signed and we'll still have injuries and we'll still have people making excuses for his ineptitude. If he were good enough he'd be getting the best out of the players he has and also be dealing effectively with those underperforming - drop them at least but he hasn't the balls |

agar's strength seems to be in spotting young talent and bringint it into the club. IMO he should be doing the job lee crooks is, and I'm sure he would be top notch at it.
He doesn't appear to have the skills or personality required to be a head coach

To be fair - sometimes I blame Agar, other times I think it must be the fault of the players and then sometimes I think we are still 8th and playing e, when we get into our stride - Grand Final here we come. I don't know what's wrong I only know it does need sorting out now.

Whilst I agree mate to a certain extent I am finding it harder to believe in him for next season. He is still making mistakes every week in terms of squad selection and interchanges aswell as our gameplans still being poor and players not being motivated. He could have dropped players this week but never and if after 8 games next season nothing has changed that will be three season in a row that we will have written off. Imo he needs to show now what he can do and how ruthless he can be otherwise I will be fearing the worst for next season. |

Let's be fair, he's shown nothing in his time as coach to suggest he has the ability to turn us into a side capable of challenging for the SL title |

Have to agree with you there. Whilst some players have to shoulder the blame, and Agar seems to be making the right steps in weeding out the bad apples and trying to change the culture at the club, I still dont think he has the necessary skills to be a top level coach. If it was just a case of him playing a style that he thinks suit the current players he has I could live with that (I wouldn't agree but I could live with it) but its all the other problems the team are having that is more of a problem. |
