want to see us play a proper creative LF ie washy or whiting
just beacuse we have bout 20 backrowers doesn't mean we have to/should play them
radford would get dropped for me when tony is fit and put horne back in the halves.
the HB partnership isn't gonna get any better if we keep changing it

Washy will end up on the bench. We have won 2 now but look poor still and so slow with the ball, even with Washy at 6, ive defended Thorman most of the season but really annoyed with him on Sunday too. Every offload in the first half where we had 2nd phase ball and the chance to spread it he simply took the line on and took the tackle. I'd be tempted to play Whiting 13 when Raynor is back with Washy and R Horne in the halves and Motu at FB. Again, wont happen though.

by not having him on the field are we making our players think a little more about what they are doing??'"

I think Washy will end up at 13 once Motu is back, Radford will move into the back row with Tickle and Manu off the bench.

Thats how i'd like it to be, just think Agar sees it differently.

How nicely balanced would that be at last? I think Manu might have a fight to get back in though. Burnett's form is probably one of the reasons that Manu has been playing so well - to try to keep his place.

I don't think Tony coming back into the side will mean Radders in the back row. We've had Hall & Byrne at fb and Washy in the side regardless. Agar doesn't seem to like Manu on the bench so can't see that changing at all.
I reckon Agar will keep Radders at lock all season barring injuries.
The quicker Radford leaves Hull the better, along with our current coaches (Agar & Sharp).

Why don't we just get rid of everyone? That way you won't have anyone to blame... or would you? .....hmmmm

What are you talking about?
I'm not blaming anyone, I just don't rate Radders at all. He offers nothing in attack and tries to act like a ball handler sometimes.
But if your happy to see an average at best player constantly in the first team in front of someone who can make a difference (Washy & Whiting) then that's upto you.

Listening to radford on kcfm the other week I don't think this will happen he said that 'we' like to play with extra muscle at LF to make hard yards, I'm hoping he didn't mean that would be our tactics all season but sadly I think he did.

Okay so my last post wasn't very constructive.... What I believe is that Radders is doing the job that the coaching staff want him to do. He is an excellent second-rower with strong defence and good go-forward but is not being used in that capacity. He might even be pushing to be a prop in his last few years. I rate Whiting and Washy very highly but I don't think they can or should be compared and I hope that our backs coming back (including a fitter Whiting and Washy) will give Agar more options in the back-row. So, that's what I meant - apologies for being rude.

That tactic is fine at the start of the season in the rain and snow but as the weather is getting better we should drop the 3rd prop idea and get some more mobility into the side.

be careful what you wish for, checkout the stats (I know they aren't perfect)
As a prop (actual playing role) his stats are better than Adrian Morley
As a SR (some still think he is) they are better than Clint Newton & Steve Menzies
As a LF (for team sheet purposes only)they are better than Sean O'Loghlin
OK they have scored more tries but they don't put the work in that he does.
Pretty impressive results against those players and positions wouldn't you agree?
Getting rid will leave a bigger hole than you would want.
IMO

So play him AT prop, he and Thacks on the bench isn't a bad option.
