| The players got the reception they deserved by the sounds of it.

I stayed as did about a thousand in the East I guess, it was blooming hard to stay after that lot but Cussack and his kids and the Tongans and their kids came round as did a very depressed Craig Hall who came over on his own to clap the fans that stayed. Whatever you think of Cusack I think he deserved a clap to see him on his way! Hally looked totally shattered by his injury.

| I had intended to stay, win or lose, but after watching that abject display I just had to leave, along with thousands of others.
Its all very well the PA announcer saying something like "Its not just about tonight its about the whole season" to try and get people to stay but I felt badly let down last Saturday night, not just because we'd lost but because we completely failed to compete with a team which obviously wanted it much more than ours did.
Sure we've had a better season than last year, but it was an awful way to finish it and there was nothing to celebrate.

| I stayed til the very end.
There were about 300 people left in the stadium. Took a video of it on my phone.
Poor send off for what has been a marked season of improvement for your club.

And when he wants to see what the inside of a stadium looks like.
There's no doubting our loyalty as fans as we turn up in our droves week in week out but I'm actually quite pleased the lap of honour turned into a walk of shame, although I'm sure they weren't bothered to much

I'm also quite pleased and I hope they were bothered. Our support has been tremendous all season. Even after the defeat to Leeds thousands stayed behind to applaud the team because of the effort they had put in.
I hope the fact that hardly anyone stayed for the lap of honour has shown the board, the coaches and the players that they should not take our loyalty for granted.

I hung about for a bit at caravan park to clap Matt Sing off when he left after a derby defeat, and although Cusack has been a good servant but very medeocre would have given him a clap this time but just couldn't face it.

absolutely right Wilf, by his own admissions it was probably a year too far for his body which is as you know pretty beaten up however those who knock him so easily should remember the graft he has put in since he arrived and its been outstanding.
as a squad member and as a fella i shall miss him greatly as he is a true pro in every sense and a warrior thats for sure... good luck to you big fella....

| I stayed untill the end and seemed to be the only one within 30 to 40 seats in any direction. Thought it was a very poor send of to yakk after his time at our club. Also watching Hall hobble round the pitch at the end seemed like a sad end for the lad... think he was the only one that acctually interacted with the few people left in the east stand to say his goodbyes.(hope we sign him up for at least next season if its at all possable)
Did any one see Tansey or Calderwood out there on the pitch at the end?

Given that we all know he isn't up to it any more, why was he chosen over dowes for the last 2 weeks? Is dowes on the naughty step with tansey?

Think Dowes has a real attitude problem and if so is rightly not being picked.
