If you download anything peer to peer (Torrents etc) you are wide open to be disconnected. The safest way to download anything is via the newsgroups, although you do pay for this privelidge.

From all the publicity about this sort of thing it seems you are most at likely to be caught out if you are downloading films or computer games. I've not heard of anyone cut off for downloading the odd album here and there. |

i'v been downloading films && music for the last 3 years the music iv been downloading daily off limewire which at one point i got quite addicted to and got caught out, signed the form and got back on with films i download say one a week and leave it running over night get a good fast connection havn't been caught out.

I imagine that they (KC) will get a warning on thier system when someone had downloaded a lot of stuff, then they will go on to check, so moderate d/l should not be a problem
