As it stands it looks very unlikely Crocker will be coming, i expect lauaki (SP) to get a visa so maybe our first option would be to talk to Finch about a imminent move, and if that doesn't pan out then look at Smith on loan for the season.

to be honest I'm not even sure the length of time suggests anything, Lakuaki is taking ages also and as far as we know he has no criminal record. I think the backlogs just that long that they aren't even reading the documents for ages.
