I can't wait for a few years time when 5000 Hull FC fans say 'I was one of the 600 at CP'.
Persoanlly I think the facilites is a poor excuse. I'd pay £20 to watch the KC derby game from the top of Hull Royal if thats where Rule & Co allocated them.
Derby games are just that important!

Have you ever been in crown when there's a match a Craven Palace ??? It is rammed full of those "loyal dobbins" that you are talking about. Shirts, scarves, hats and all the usual regalia in order to show the world just how "very loyal" they all are.
Most of them probably don't even know how close the palace actually is !!
Not to mention the coaches leaving from there for every away game, onto which it is very easy and cheap to jump. Do those same "loyal fans" do it ?? No !! They prefer to put on the usual regalia, stay in crown and watch it on the telly with £20 worth of over-priced beer. |

Its the same in Lambwath or any other pub when Hull are on. The same can be said about City. That arguement doesn't really stand up. |
