Most top class half backs are playing half back on a regular basis at 24, might not be world class at 24 , but certainly will be a regular in that position. I just don’t see it in Connor , of course just my opinion |

always going to be hard after a short turnaround,i notice Catalan have a nice 8 day turnaround,they dont know what a Thursday night fixture is.the game really stinks.

True that, but no way you’d put Connor in front of kelly at 6 and likewise you wouldn’t put kelly in the centre in front of Connor . I just think Connor is a centre and should just stick to it , I just think people just want him to be a 6 because of how amazingly skill full he his and think he’s wasted in the centre. That successful saints team with Jamie Lyon in it, was so mainly because of him in the centre. I think jake could do the same for us |

Ha yeh I know , I mentioned it earlier , he ended his career been a decent 6, but he was a world class centre , lost a bit of speed and ended up playing in the half’s , just think at this stage of his career, he should cement the centre spot for hull and England/gb |

Why , what have you seen , that not many have , I’ve seen every game game he’s been given at 6 , and I’ve been underwhelmed and don’t see it , to be fair the best I’ve seen him play 6 , was probably against us for Huddersfield. Again I’m not saying he wouldn’t do a job there , just personally think he’d make a better centre, and what he lacks in pace he makes up for with his offloads and aerial ability out wide. Why you so confident he’s a 6 end off? |
