Precisely. It's harsh, but there's a line that needs to be drawn as to where players are worth keeping to see how they develop, and when they should be allowed to leave. Retaining every young kid on a decent wage left right and centre whilst also having enough top quality players in the team to challenge for honours is no longer possible with the salary cap. |

It's gone down £1,500 in a week. By the end of the month he'll have been asked to pay the club for the privilege of playing for them. |

my mate wasnt much out then his family told him 10k a season after tax thats about right ,again player retention is terrible its about time they got rid of Agar hes an idiot we finished one of bottom last year and bottom this year discounting the promoted teams ,anybody else would have gone by now hes a good no2 but can not make the big descions required to be a top coach ,with the players we have we should of made top 8 minimum |

how much would you spend on a 3rd choice (possibly 4th choice if lee stays) hooker with hardly any experience? bearing in mind there is a salary cap? |
