Taylor or T. Burgess would be brilliant signings. Arundel, as one of you named, would be great too. I wouldn't go for Makinson as I feel that our focus should be on a centre rather than a winger.
I expect Moa to move on because of the personal reasons he has stated in the past. Would like to see O'Meley stay for another year.
I don't see Jennings wanting to leave the NRL and give up the chance of Rep. Honours.

jennings is on his last chance at the panthers after off-field incidents, ala seymour......plus he's injured a fair bit, but his record in the centres is fantastic.....plus he scored a hat-trick on his kangaroo debut!!! |

yes but as you know sheldon, the nrl is like a fishbowl, step out of line and the media is on you like a tramp on chips...over here, well your lucky if you get 3 lines in the monday papers as a "game review"  |

Could be getting away from it all is whats needed to sort him out.
Highly, highly unlikely though, but I never gave us a chance at Ellis.

i agree with taht, we have to be realistic, BUT we seem to have cash to spend on recruitment which is a good thing.... |

McRae states on the press release that Ellis will probably be the last high profile player to come to Super League from the NRL - so when people are mentioning some of the names that they are on here, then we may need to reel it in a bit.

Apart from Jennings, everyone else being mentioned is a realistic target, do you not think? Hardly class Johnson, Watts, Taylor, Arundel, Burgess & Crookes out of our league. |
