| got talking to dobbins fan 2day he reckons Manu has been told he can leave at the end of the season by FC,  apparently it was the talk of "the east stand" that KR were after our Willie. Cant see it personally why would we tell our prized form 2nd row that can leave, he loves FC and i would like to think he would jump at the chance to stay. |

As if any club would tell Manu to leave 
Now if the money on the table is not right well then that is another story, although I will be really upset if we do not find the right deal, as to be honest as much as I am over the moon about Ellis if it meant sacrificing Manu I would not be happy! Manu is our best player... |

I was told this too Paul by somebody with links to FC that he's not in Gentle's plans for next season!! |

Nobody was even contemplating Manu not be here next season this time last week. Only since the announcement that we've signed Ellis has this rumour surfaced. IMO people are putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5.

I couldn't see Pearson mentioning Manu in the press this week as one of our form players , then letting him go or even knowing he was of praising him so highly . I've heard rovers was rife with rumours yesterday . Moi moi , Crabtree and more from people at work . Prob just jealous after us snatching Ellis and them been skint .

its up to us now to get the players already at the club that we want to stay to sign new deals Starting with Manu, as its goes i dont believe for one second that Manu has been told he is surplus to requirements. When it was only on Thursday that Gentle had a meeting with all the players to tell if they want to part of the squad next year they can be provided they play well and there is enough space on the cap to that.
Will just be glad when things are signed and sealed.
