Having read through the Knights forum page about Pryce, the thing that stands out is how well liked he seems by everyone involved. 

I have some reservations over his defence, but only because this is something the Cust shines in and think he's really contributing this year. But Pryce has got that X factor and excitement that's missing. Looking forward to seeing how it pans out.

I've had some of my rovers mates messaging me all day telling me he's rubbish. Must be true as they said the same about Bell and batchelor.


You can smell the fear.  They had convinced themselves we'd disappear for good and now know we're gonna be top dogs again in a year or two and we're rich beyond their wildest dreams

Watching the verdict on sky sports, The office Cartwright is in  looks very similar with electric conduit and a large black and white picture behind him. 

No idea if the pic is legit, but think it’s massively snide by whoever originally has posted it on social media and might have got someone in bother, if it’s real of course.  

Like you say though no harm done, it’s no secret that Pryce is on his way out at Newcastle and he’s not playing first grade, it’s just a case of when and what destination. Imagine if it was someone like Lam at Leigh though and it leaked like that, Baumont would have kicked up a stink and would have been embarrassing for the club.  

If this doesn't happen has to be the greatest wind up in history from a few people 

A good dilemma to have is with the squad doing better than expected do we stick or twist when it comes to signings? 


For example Knight has looked good despite a late start to the season but takes up a quota spot so it's a balance, also telling him quota places are full you'll have to go would naturally demotivate him for the rest of the season.


Also wondering if Briscoe has another year in him as backup Centre/Wing, whereas before I'd have thought it was well deserved lap of honour round the stands time at the end of the year.
