Was changed a few years ago after a couple of clubs went over the cap because of prize money IIRC. Makes sense as there's no way to budget for things like that.

Win bonuses have to be figured in from the start, so in theory a club that uses them heavily could end up spending well below cap at the end of a poor season even though they were nominally at full cap when the season started.

So we started poorly and found some money for Gleeson.
