I thought he did ok, the wingers need to back him up when he's caught a bomb over the line though, as he's much lighter than Tony and will get dragged over for the dropout a lot.

Ditto. He looked very handy bringing the ball back and didn't disappoint in defence either.

I also thought Tommy Lee did a lot better for being more direct and not trying some of the stupid kicks and dodgy passes that have become his trademark.

Hall has trained all pre season to play fullback . He has been told by Club that No1 is the position they see him in.

Would be easily the most attacking and creative FB we've had for a long time. Defensively he coped fine, he's a bit lightweight but thats the trade off for his pace and elusive running style. Could be the making of him if he gets a long run at the position.

I posted early last season that the kid should be playing full-back & all I got was slagged off!

It was certainly a very confident display by Craig. Its still early days but who knows, he could have found his natural position.

thought he had a solid game and will only get better the more he playes. he only made one mistake last night and the was jogging back for a ball insted of sprinting for it.

The guy has all of the attributes to play almost any position in the backs,he has natural flair, an eye for the gap and an uncanny ability to beat players with ease.
