| Not attending again on Friday, and I hope those that do get the 'Agar Out' chants belted out loud. Pearson has said he won't make a decision until the end of the season...but his opinion will soon change if thousands of paying spectators express their views about Agar.

Do you seriously believe he doesn't keep a weather-eye on this board?

| FTW I reckon AP has decided to appoint a new coach but realises that at this stage in the season there is no point in trying to change things now and therefore he gives Rich Agar his support
I also agree with all those posters who suggest that the only way to encourage fans to renew their season passes will be the appointment of a new coach.
Unfortunately in the meantime we will have to suffer more of the same as the season drags to a dismal close.

| I just hope Ap can really see what a sleeping giant he bought, if he really wants the best for Hull Fc then a new coach is a must, lets face we were told wait and see what happens when RA gets his own team.
Well he has it and we have seen what happens, pretty much the same as when it wasn't his team, same failings every year.

| I would imagine the first kind of people Pearson would ring will be his counterparts at Wigan, Warrington and St Helens.
All three have turned around clubs that were struggling to the extent in the case of two of them going out of business. They have excellent business plans for their clubs and made the most important decisions themselves.
Wigan had the most successful British coach in Noble, Lenagan released Noble and brought in Mcguire. Wigan then became SL champions.
Warrington had Paul Cullen in charge who we all forget saved Wire from relegation. Moran saw PC could not take the club further and replaced him with Smith. Result two C Cup wins.
McManus has made all kind of correct decisions at Saints from coaches to stadium. Saints have been in all kinds of finals both winning and losing.
Pearson has taken over a profitable club with great facilities, great fans and a superb youth system.
From an outsiders POV your coaching is simply dreadful. Some great younger players coming through don't just advance they go backwards.
Pearson need to look at replacing the coaches from first team through the U20s U18s and scholarship.
Hull have it all except good coaching.
Oh, and stop buying players who are over 30 and injured!
As a Wigan fan I'd just say at this stage more then ever RL & SL need a very strong Hull FC.
I hope you can all get there!

Well said and nice to have an unbiased viewpoint. Seems even rival fans see the Coaching side of the club as the downfall too.

I'm sure Adam Pearson will do whatever it takes for us to climb above the 3 teams mentioned

Thats the key to it. Its not just Agar who must go but Last, Webster and the other chap whose name escapes me (Graham?). We need a completely fresh start. No room for sentiment.

Totally agree i'm really fed up of jobs for the boys mentality at our club , lets actually employ people who can take us forward rather than the cheap option or what they've done for us in the past!
