Agree, plus any new coach coming in now has his hands tied as far as player recruitment for next season is concerned as that has pretty much being sorted by Agar and the previous BOD.

Although still worried about the Allam influence, I'm very excited about this. Adam is a great businessmen, knows how to succeed and will take no nonsense.

People who think Agar will be given time to prove himself are worrying for no reason....Adam will know from the financial results that something isn't right....let's get behind the boys on Sunday...if we don't win then the pressure will be on Agar. I can see our next coach being a TOP coach rather than a joker.

I understood why he sold Hull City, but the fact he sold it to such a moron is alarming and contradicts the statement he doesn't suffer fools. Could he end up selling us to a businessman who is willing to put our entire club into jeopardy?

It was Colchester, he did have a good record however by a good chairman is all about selecting the 'correct people' for the job - Pearson only managed this once IMO.

I sure as hell hope he is a success, the blind faith in him is worrying though.
