If City's game is on 3pm Saturday then it won't be on Sky as Saturday 3pm kickoffs can't be shown live on British TV (most lower league games kickoff at this time and it was thought that it would dissuade people from attending those games and supporting lower leagues if PL games were on at the same time). It will, however, be shown live elsewhere around the world. Sky won't have any involvement in the scheduling of the City game, only our game if we get a home playoff.

| I really wouldn't want to play Rovers in the play offs, they always raise their game massively against us. The victory at craven park was a lot closer than the score line suggested for me, two or three moments of brilliance from Holdsworth and Shaul created some outstanding tries, but as we have seen this season, these moments are few and far between. We always seem nervous when we play them, like in the game at the KC, as if the players feel the extra pressure cause they know the fans want to beat them so badly. But with Rovers it's almost like they having nothing to lose, because they are always the underdog.

This is exactly what I think. Would much rather play Catalans (Home hopefully, but likely to be away because can't see Warrington sending a decent team to France)
We have a reasonable record in France generally and I would assume temperatures would have fallen a bit since we were last there.

The consolation is that the London game is a dead rubber - we'd just have to play a few of the younger fringe squad players.
I'd be a bit gutted, as I'm traipsing up for it, but it'd be the only sensible option and we can at least give 1 or 2 debuts in a slightly less intense fixture.

I don't know how the scheduling works, but most likely yes. If we have a decent turnaround, we might take a few more risks in an effort to build confidence/momentum. Also a winning season would be nice, plus doing last home game send-offs.
Sunday to Thursday and it'd have to all be about squad management.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

If you're injuries are so severe you won't be able to rest anyone.

If they're that severe we'd have to call up players from the under-19s. Macauley Hallett, who is one of our best prospects, I believe, will still be suspended though.
Welham, Paterson, Horne, Paea, Brown, Griffin et al could do with some game time ideally if they're up to it.
Esslemont could debut, Hepi could come back in - if they're fit. Nicklas is still on the books, as far as I know, and Netherton was hoped just to be out for 1 game.
We won't be able to do what Wigan did this week, and I'm not sure we'd really want to - but on a 4 day turnaround, you'd definately want to hold something back for the more important second game.

Change the game to friday night. I know you might upset 10 travelling fans, but it would be strategically the best option.
If your floodlights work??

As I'm one of them, I bloomin' hope not!
Bit late now, I'd have thought anyway.

Booked a weekend away without even thinking about the playoffs! Ah well, if a miracle strikes there's always Sky. Cheers

I was at the City/Norwich game and the pitch was like a billiard table. I doubt very much unless there is a foot of water you could even try to cut the pitch up.
