After today and talking with the fans and ex-players it is apparent that what is needed is a permanent Hull FC heritage centre/museum. The club collection on show was a mere selection/fraction of what they actually have. There's so much stuff out there that needs somewhere that everyone can see it.

Just my opinion of course.

Although it shouldn't be considered a priority, I think that there'd be a fair chance of something happening under the new ownership. Unfortunately, the previous administration had some difficulty in acknowledging our heritage

we have such an intresting club history good days and dark day we should have a hull fc history centre at the kc somthing id love to be involed in we should be shouting from the rooftops about our great club. if adam pearson gets this rights we do great things

Disappointed not to see any gateshead shirts. And who was the old guy in the corner shamelessly plugging his new book?

Come over next time, I'm really not as mad as you think And as for the club stuff, we were given boxes and boxes of memoribilia and we could only show a fraction of what we were given. We tried to pick things from all eras. Hopefully next years event will be as big or bigger and we can show more stuff from the club.

could someone post some pics i would of loved to of been there ive collected stuff since i was 7 (34 years ago) mainly programmes and have alot since before i was born a few old shirts colts shirts included but impossible to get there today hope its a annual thing .

do you think we could have a heritage round in superleague like in the nrl where clubs where there original shirt designs that weekend? or do one match like the pink charity shirts?

What a fantastic day. I thought I had a great collection of shirts. Its reassuring to know that so many of us genuinely hold the club so close to our hearts. Next year must be bigger and hopefully a celebration of 30 years since we won the cup at Elland Road.

I feel that the council should take up the reins and look to develop a RL museum which commemorates our great game and what it means to the people of Hull. It would unite east and west and show the RL world that whilst we have strong rivalry our game is the best and. Is the foundation of the great city of Hull.

This afternoon was great so much history, too much to take in one go. The organisers need a big pat on the back as do all those who gave up there time to display there collections of FC history. The event has certainly taken off and I hope it becomes a regular feature now and who knows a display some where would be good, I worry about security in the old Carneigie library now.

Sammy Lloyd was a star turn , but so good to see other old players looking well an still black and whites.

The Rhino...Keith Boxall, Tony Duke.... The Doyle, Cyril Sykes looks great, George Harrison, Barry Edwards, Alan Mcglone, Don Robinson, Keith Tindall, sorry if I missed anyone out its been a long day.
