i lost faith in agar and the coaching staff when they blamed the hull fans for the poor performances last year, saying the booing was the problem, yet this year no booing and the same tactics used by agar = the same poor performances, he needs to go.

Amusing, isn't it? Especially given the list of great players who have made shocking coaches.

There are few, very few, great coaches that were good players. Hanley & Gregory for example.

At least something is working for him.

To be fair to Rule I have emailed him three times now about Agar and he has responded to the first two, the third was only sent a week ago.

Sadly each time he says the board is fully behind Richard Agar so I don't see anything changing. Its so frustrating because the club can be so much better with the right man at the helm. While I anticipate us finishing higher than the last couple of years we will still massively underachieve.

Well, we don't know if (or not) in the extended contract, that there could be certain targets to be achieved.
As a business that could be facing loosing money, it might be the cheaper option to get rid of Agar, then to loose quite a few fans.

The board and the players believe in Agar even though the fans don't. Expect some top players to extend their contracts soon I reckon now Agar has signed on.

I just wish all this belief in him by the players would manifest itself on the pitch.

rule sometimes gets others to reply for him-but at least he replies,if not the answer people would like to hear!

I tend to find managers who are popular with staff but not customers tend to be very lenient managers who let their staff do pretty much as they like.
