horne really needs to improve a lot over off season. i know the lads black and white through and through but he's just not been good enough this season. this is what i'd go with,

Correct, (in the second half of the season anyway - I think some are forgetting he was excellent at the start and being touted as a MOS contender with the adversity he's faced, then went to FB to help the team out and was rock solid). Fortunately it's made no difference to our season, but we can't "carry" a player in such an important position (and on a big salary) next year.

Yes, he has been a great signing and we should see even better next season.

When did he prove that. All I see when Horne is at fullback is a player who takes the ball, turns, looks at the line of defence and ambles towards it then gives us a slow play the ball. He isnt a fullback by a long way. Whiting is by far the better option for me.

Tansey will soon be crowned best full back in the city. Hes got more to his game than a few fullbacks i can think of.

i no some will discount your coment about best full back ,but i kid u not tansey is quality and will get better and better ,Brisco should be in the England squad he is one of the best wingers in the country if your good enough ur old enough

Thought we looked totally directionless from the time Houghton went off and Washbrook went to hooker wih Tansey moving to 6. Tansey at FB for me with Long and AN Other at halves. If AN Other is to be Rich Horne then he needs a miracle off season.

I agree, ive seen enough in Tansey with ball in hand to be a very good asset to the club. Defencivly, yet to be questioned really, made a couple of boobs so far but the kid knows that and will work on it to improve his game. I just hope our inept coachin system doesnt coach that natural ability and flair out of his game.

Briscoe is on another planet for me, hes streets in front of some of the more seasoned pros in SL in his position. What position though, wing or centre? mmmmm..... If his brother is as good as they say he is then Jack must be a freak.
