The brutal truth is that in 2015 both Hull clubs reside in that 7th-10th group. Realistically most of us had both clubs in that group before the season started, the dividing line between the two sets of eight. It now would appear that we are to finish in the upper spots of our little group with you finishing in one of the lower spots. It could easily have been the other way around given a couple of different results through the year but it hasn't panned out that way.

Most Fc fans are under no illusions about our many shortcomings, but as I've said on another thread we now effectively have a free hit in the remaining games.

Yes, we only won by 10, but Sneyd and Abdulls game management (and Danny H) in the second half ensured we attacked more than defended and just consolidated the lead.

If Ellis had support for the rampaging runs, we'd have been 12 points clear at half time and out of sight in the second half. I truly hope its not game over for Gaz, but a snapped Achilles takes far too much rehab. Any word on Pryce? He was looking pretty sharp before that shoulder hit the deck.

Mini was superb last night, a true leader for the kids coming through. 80 minutes coming back from injury is no mean feat. My MOM, with Abbo and Rankin running him close. Having 15 men for most of the game would have been a perfect excuse to lose, but sheer bloody team-spirit and pride got us over the line.
