Cator gone now, never known a season like it, unfortunately too many injuries and just not good enough in attack to be a SL LF.

Hopefully a couple of seasons in the lower league, wil help develop some kind of attacking game.

Too small, injury prone and frankly not good enough. Could never question his effort mind.

Just think he was seen as our interchange 9 going into this season.....

From our new recruits coming in this season we've released Pele, Okunbor, Nu Brown, Diakhate. Tindall is out on loan at Bradford too

We've also released Hoy, Mcintosh, Jack Brown, Scott, Cator.

Throw in loan signings like Bullock, Russell and Reynolds only staying for a few weeks at a time it's been one wild season.

Throw in signing and sacking Treigh Stewart in the space of a week too

His first season was the truncated covid year if I remember. He excelled and looked like he would be our 13 for years to come. What he lacked in size and physicality he made up for in work rate and enthusiasm. He was a Hull supporter I believe and he had pride in the shirt. Sadly he never really kicked on and suffered that serious ACL injury against Rovers I think it was. He had a lengthy lay off only to return and re-rupture it again. It could have been his first game back?

He's only 26 and if he avoids injury he should be a stand out championship player and who knows could get another crack at SL. I wish him the best.
