As was pointed out last night, not everyone who agrees with their stance on immigration is a racist, and some would do well to remember this.
It would be interesting to see peoples reaction if a party that wasn't awash with racist history proposed the same plan.
I actually agreed with him that people who choose to live in our country should respect our way of life and follow our laws. I would never vote for them though because of their racist undertone.

Said it previously, if you want to live in our country and have all its benefits, speak the language, abide by all rules and regulations and whatever faith you follow dont throw it in my face.

Question Time is exactly what is says it is - it is 'Question Time' and if somebody wants to sit on the panel then good luck to them ... It was impartial given the fact that people (the vast majority of the population of the UK) in the audience wanted to to ask questions and challenge views - that is Democracy at it's best...!!!

For me personally it has nothing to do with Political Correctness to challenge his views... more like Common Decency and that fortunately for many people is what really counts.

He actually wanted to appear on the programe - he knew that what happened would happen - but chose to appear nobody dragged him there kicking and screaming - He is a Thick B but is very clever at spouting one liners - He is now complaining to all and sundry because he wanted to talk about the Postmen and MP's expenses. Is the challenge where people were born, their colour or their religion - pity nobody asked Nick that question because it may have exposed the real background to his beliefs.

For example - in the desert campaign the vast majority of troops fighting under Monty were actually from the Empire - the ANZAC guys had been there since the start (believe that it was 41 Inf Div) fighting alongside them were numerous Battalions of India Inf units... Oh and if anybody cares to go the 'Commonwealth' cemetery in el alamein there is clear evidence of the sacrifice made by a group of people who followed the Jewish faith
