Just to play devils advocate, maybe the club has gone from one extreme to the other regarding club discipline.
Surely we've all seen the videos of Tickle dancing at the top of a fire escape pi$$ed up waving his shirt above his head. |

i am sure that the code of conduct agreement he signed states in much garbage along the lines of "mess about and get fired" wouldnt you say, so in fact he has played rugby what he was employed to do , just breached an internal cose of conduct ??

Richard Whiting is a better player than Tansey anyway, even playing out of position. If i were Richard Agar i would sack Tansey, stick Whiting at full back and bide my time until a long term (and reliable) replacement can be found. In the mean time i would cover Whitings absence in the threequarters by alternating Lynn, J Briscoe and Cunningham. Maybe not ideal but would give all 3 valuable experience and bear fruit for you guys long term.

There is a fine line between players enjoying a night out and impacting their ability to carry out their duties.

Tansey and Whiting both offer different attributes to the team, we're just dissapointed that it looks like that it will be only Whiting doing so now! |

Does anyone know if the club contract with the player or through a ltd company owned by the player as footballers do |
