Maybe use Thompson out there? We have more fit forwards than backs so maybe use a recently converted forward previously a centre to bolster that side. Especially if Arundel has had a knock. Thompson's proved on a few occasions he's got a bit of pace and that would leave the way for the fourth prop to be Pitts or get Hadley into the side. Neither did much wrong on Friday.

Arundel did get a knock , well a big hit in the ribs for Doncaster .

I can see the sense in that, although Thompson has been very effective in the forwards.

gotta go this, whiting a great cover player on the bench. And would like to see thompson in a more wider role as he can cause damage through the middle so out wide running gotta be a plus for us, and hes solid in defence. also he has pace as we have seen. azza gotta be rotating with houghton and rankin and miller in the halfs, time for us to all see how these 2 go together.

I'd go with this too, but I don't agree with you saying Thompson is solid in defence. I actually think it's the flaw in his game. Quite often you'll see him trying to grab the opponent and not complete the tackle. He's not an awful defender just not the best, and something he can certainly improve on.

I reckon Whiting will play centre and kick the goals.

Whiting was practicing his kicks with Ben before the match on Friday so I would say Whiting will be our goal kicker if he starts. If not... Westerman?
