| is that the last signing for 2010?
i wouldnt be surprised if they were trying to sign another aussie, but i'm not sure if we should sign sam moa for another season. i reckon they are keeping moa as a last resort unless something better ie. benji marshall comes available (i wish)

| i think they are looking overseas, which will mean moa is to be released, however i also think that they are undecided on moas future still - sorry if that sounds confusing!
however if they keep moa, i think they will look for cover in the backs from this country - perhaps a utility player

| i know some of the young signings dont always work out (maloney) but is anyone else excited about the possibility of our backs containing the following either next year or year after..
tansey
jack briscoe
tom briscoe
reece lynne
turner
hall
tuffour
just need 2 big name and experienced halfs to release these lot (long + 1)
(by the way i suspect next season may be raynor's last)

In that case we could've done a swap deal with Josh Hodgson.

| I feel this is G Horne Replacment, so it's good business for the Hull, should be an imrpovment on him.
If all players are fit next season (which I doubt), tough to pick a team.
Sign Moa on and we have a team (on paper) that could challenge the top 4 IMO.

Are they similar to their reviews on myler now he's gone as well?
My thoughts are that while it's great we're picking up young talent, Turner seems to play in positions we're well covered in. I'd rather we'd looked around for a half back to nurture and develop than a centre cum loose forward

but a coach that will only get mediocrity from them at best I'm afraid. Really hope Agar proves me wrong but he has shown Jack since he took the reins except excelling in making a half decent side one of the worst in SL.

Play young Jordan Turner at loose-forward and give him the goal kicking duties and in time I'm sure he will turn out to be a good buy for you lot at the KC Stadium.
All The Best Of Luck JT.

| He certainly seems to be highly rated although personally I have not seen much of him in SL to back those sentiments up.
Not sure where we will play him, don't think he is better than Yeaman/Hall in the centres and not as good as Washy for the 13 spot. I think he is likely to be either off the bench or not in the squad, which makes his decision to come to Hull on odd one for me?
He could play 13 with Washy at 6 if Horne is out of form and he does add options for Agar. For me a squad player rather than a starting one.

[quote="Wellsy13":1juz9zgo]To us REAL fans, there's no better feeling than winning competitions. Getting to a final is next. Then a top 6 finish or semi-final appearance. Then I suppose the derby counts as the most important league fixture.
Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really! [/quote:1juz9zgo]
SPOT ON!

Impressed by the vision of Agar

Agree, he has tremendous potential as a loose forward and captained England at under 18 level playing there. A real talent.
