What he is is a very good centre who can find the pass and space for his wing.
Tonight early in the first half he lost his head and after that was never in the game

I'd imagine he wants to play 6, so it's a case of wanting to keep him and having him as our 6 or likely losing him.

He won’t though , I promise you , needs to make centre his own , and play loads of international rugby. I hope our long term plan ain’t , Connor at 6 alongside sneyd , don’t get me wrong , wouldn’t be terrible , but I’d prefer kelly 6 , Connor centre. And when kelly goes , bring in a quality 6 , widdop would of been nice

Not many positives to take from that apart from how was we still in it with 2 minutes to go . Had chances 1st half , defended too long second . Think it proved tonight, how important and better we look when kelly plays . His running with the ball and strength when taking the line on was missed . Move on to saints!

As much as I love him , I’d let him leave if he demanded the 6 spot, surely he must see the devastation he causes in the centres, he was unplayable against cas and cats , creates so much , so doesn’t get the same space , opportunities in the middle , plus not on the receiving end of sneyds kicks
