Fans have been down to training and seen us practising attacking plays and structures. This part of the coaching is not an issue. What [iis[/i an issue is that without Holdsworth on the pitch we apparently have a group of players utterly unable to put the coaches instructions into practice. I don't know why that is or whose fault it is, and frankly I don't care. It needs to be fixed and Gentle has to come up with a way to do that, regardless of whether it's his fault or not.

We're a disorganised rabble. Either the coach is not communicating his plans and systems as he should despite the excellent weeks training or his players are incapable of implementing the instructions and/or are not of the required standard. Either way , as you say , this is down to PG and his coaching staff and to McRae if he is responsible for recruitment/putting together a competitive team. We are worse at the moment but the players looked like they'd never met before in many games last year as well. Quite honestly if Jonathan Thurston played for us tomorrow we'd still struggle. There's a lot wrong and there look to be no quick fixes or ideas within the current group.
