When you think about it, London have now lost to Leeds twice by golden-point drop-goals as well as that try by Morgan Smith about 55 seconds from the end of our game back in March.

If the dice had rolled just a little bit differently for London, we would now be TEN points adrift at the bottom, that's assuming we would still have won the games against Leeds and Wigan (how on earth did we beat Wigan, I still can't quite fathom it out, it's still a bizarre result!).

It almost makes me relieved about the situation as it is, compared to how it so very easily could have been.

I have never been so embarrassed or ashamed to admit that I am a black & white in my nigh on fifty years of supporting the club. I know sometimes when supporting a team you have to take the rough with the smooth (even Wigan have had the odd dodgy patch here and there in the past) but this year is now fast approaching ritual humiliation, something inflicted upon us from some parallel universe where we have offended the rugby gods and we are having to serve due penance for all our sins!!

If anyone out there knows someone with a time machine, see if you can arrange for us to go back nine months and start all over again! Please!!!

Was the wigan game pre reynolds leaving? Him and trueman were actually playing OK as a partnership

Brisbane having an absolute nightmare season, both assistants going and key players missing most of the season.

If they can't get Walsh, Reynolds, Mam, Haas and Carrigan on the field together for a big chunk of next year Walters could be looking at the chop.

Lordy, if they finish top it’ll be the greatest achievement in the history of RL, even though it hasn’t been recognised since it’s inception.

Whar Rovers do tonight doesn't matter to me. I'll be watching our boys and having seen Leeds' efforts against the Broncos I don't think that we're without a chance of pulling off a win.

Have to say in a season of total and utter despair for some odd reason I actually feel as though tonight is a winnable game, that said I thought we had enough to eek out a win against London
