Unfortunately it is a reflection on us as the supporters when they do or don't.

| I would rather the club not have signed him because of everything that's going on regarding his off the field antics.
I will have a bet with anybody on here that neither him or pyrce will get sent down, we all saw how the great justice system of this country works last week with Cockayne. If you have some kind of status or can afford a top lawyer you can get away with it imo.
If the crime fits a custodial sentance then regardless of who you are you should get sent down.

| Quote: Gordon Gekko "TBF this situation with Reardon is totally different to both the Raynor incidents and indeed the BC situation at Rovers. Both those players were under contract with their respective clubs and as a result the clubs were able to take action after their convictions.
Signing Reardon after his conviction and after his sacking from his then employers show a real lack of moral substance from the directors and coaching staff at Hull FC.[/quote]
Does that count for CROCKER as well then

| Quote: SaintsFan "I'm confused by this.
The article I read on the BBC site said that Hull FC had signed up with an NHS domestic violence project - the only one of its kind which focuses upon the perpetrator and not the victim.
Since the NHS and Hull FC have combined to highlight domestic violence issues by focusing on the PERP, then is it not right up their joint street to sign up a bloke who has pled guilty to a charge of common assault in a domestic violence court?
Incidentally, you guys all sound right hysterical. Reardon didn't beat up his wife. He grabbed her arm and caused three bruises. Perspective needed perhaps?
I hope he goes well for you. It'll be interesting if he plays at our pad on Monday, since we have the other half of the duo! (I'm hoping Saints keep Pryce on since I don't think he deserves any punishment other than what the court decides, which I sincerely hope is not jail time)
PS
You don't go to jail for grabbing someones arm..

| Ok [i "Hull FC and NHS Hull are committed to ensuring that its players, staff and fans receive information and help required to address the issue of domestic violence[/i."
[iThis campaign is the first of its kind in Europe which focuses upon the perpetrators rather than the victims of domestic violence.
How can Hull work[/i
So who better than Hull FC to help him redress his error? There is no excuse for domestic violence against women or men, but surely he will get the right support from Hull and the campaign. Maybe this is a good way for the campaign to start, by working openly with him? How can we focus on the perpertrator if no-one will work with him?
Just my thoughts.
