Back on point - Fonua is clearly having a great season and at his explosive best he is unreal. He's also a penalty machine, prone to a knock on and inconsistent. Consider his consistency levels to a minichello or ellis maybe will illustrate my point better. The others i mentioned i feel are more consistent and have greater attributes, doesn't mean he's a bad player.

30% missed tackles, up to round 12 had highest no. errors in SL, defensively very, very weak. Great in attack but sides know where to go for the most part.
Pearson wasn't happy with increase in cap so doubtful he'll splash to keep him, we certainly aren't getting a marquee player next season by sounds of it.

Can't recall many try's this season being Fonua fault this season , I suppose that watches the matchs rather than just looking at stats. Michaels been at fault for more in less games. Think a lot of his misses came when he played centre.
Outstanding winger, one of the best in SL, massive loss if he goes.

Not absolving Michaels of tries conceded down his wing, but since Easter Monday Carlos and Connor have played at Centre, would it be fair to say that is part of why we havent conceded so many tries out wide like we did Wire A, Salford + Leeds H, having a centre who the winger can trust and rely on in certain situations |
