| Lets not start over hyping this I think if we get 12/13,000 for Salford we'll do amazingly myself, as we start from a lower base season tickets wise. I think 16,000 is possible one day but it will take some to get to that level, but for me it's way more than we can even hope to get at present but there is certainly a buzz about the place and its great to be positive for a change lets all enjoy it.

| I agree that 16,000 is extremely optimistic. 12,000 would be an excellent attendance for a game with hardly any away support.

| Quote yorksguy1865="yorksguy1865"16k is a big target but would be amazing. With the north closed off now the other 3 stands would surely be completely full at that. Would be an amazing atmosphere, I CANNOT WAIT! Do we have any idea how many tickets sold so far?'"
I think 16000 is possible but lets not forget there are a lot of cheap tickets within that estimate.
Play attractive R/L and win most matches will bring the crowds flocking back.
We have a very young pacey backline if Naughton plays on the left but i would like to see Michaels given the left wing spot if Talanoa is not fit.
Be great when we have Ellis and Pritchard on the bench.

| anything over 12k would be great, especially against a team that won't bring many road supporters

| Let's not get carried away here. We've had two decent pre season workouts against championship and relegation threatened opposition. Sure it was pleasing that the squad has blown the cobwebs away but it's impossible to know for certain where anyone really stands for 10 to 12 games. The opposition in both games was weak but there were encouraging aspects despite the lack of quality against. Don't forget that bloody Radford is still in charge so despite the clear increase in quality of the squad the likes of The Tank, Sika, Carlos and the other internationals will no doubt suffer a major loss of form as a result of working under him. We have to factor that in. Encouraging that more season tickets are selling though. I'd never have predicted that personally as a result of much higher class players being recruited. Steady as she goes. Absolutely mustn't get carried away.

| My original thought was for somewhere between 10 and 11k but with a week to go and all the feel good factor it would be great to push that figure over that.

| Given we had in 8600 for the pre-season friendly and Rovers would have brought a bit less than 2000, we'd need to find around 9,000 to get to 16,000!
Even after smashing Rovers so comprehensively, I think that's a ridiculous figure to expect.
Anywhere close to 10k would be a fantastic start to the season. A big win and build from ther.

| I have purchased 6 extra tickets for people who usually choose games to go to. But they are very excited for the game to come around. I feel a good performance may force at least 2 to buy general memberships for dicounted tickets and come most weeks work permitting. 16k would be great but 12 to 14k would put us back to where we where a few seasons ago which would be a wonderful start.

| 16.000 would be great but cant see it, I think 12000 would be nearer the mark, and even that would be a good gate imo to start of with, COYH

| I was in the KC Shop last Saturday at 4.30 p.m. and we had sold over 10K Tickets for the Salford game according to the guy behind the counter. So I think 14K is achievable after last Sundays performance and the feel good factor around the place. We all need to push our friends and colleagues over the next week.
In Radders we believe:D

| 9,385 was the figure for this fixture last year. With it being the first game of the year, the members double offer, and last Sundays victory, we should get well over that. Anything over 12,000 I think would be a good start with a 33% (ish) rise on last year.
