I'm not saying you're wrong but Whiting has played 12 games so far this season, how many has he changed?

That would be none this season.
I'm just disappointed he's not in the squad.
He's a player with ability who I like to see in our back row.
He had a good season last year but for whatever reason has not been as consistent this.

Whiting doesn't seem to have had a consistent run in one position this season. he's been in and out of the team, covered 3/4's, back row and been on the bench. Hardly surprising he hasn't hit form. It will be disappointing if he leaves IMO

I see what you're saying I like Whiting aswell & can't understand why he isn't in the squad this week. Just seen a lot of people complaining about Tuson being played when Rich has been no better.

Completely agree, I appreciate that sorting out our squad will take time, but we aren't even showing any green shoots of getting better anytime soon. I don't think anyone thought we would have a fantastic season, but to not even be in the mix for 8th place is a scandal.

We've no chance of making the top 8 this season. With Radford's dismal first season as coach, he needs to pull something very special out his locker next year, or else the fans will start to walk. I wonder what APs goals were this season for the club, cos i doubt it was for his golden local boy to take the club backwards at an alarming rate. For AP, it must be about the revenue the club makes, so once we fall below the magical figure, i think Radford will be on his way out. As long as the fans turn up to watch games, i doubt AP will get shut, however bad our performances are.

We must surely be below the revenue figure already, people keep saying our crowd against Wire was great, but I still disagree, at £5 a ticket I bet the gate receipts were tiny and the club spent weeks marketing it.

I think Pearson ideologically wants this 'local lad in charge' idea to work, don't forget he was behind City appointing Barmby. I agree with Pearson's strategy of 'local players with a few star names added in' is the right way to go, but the fans won't wait another 3-5 seasons for this to bear fruit.

I think the club have also got to be very clever with the way they market the passes for next season, or we'll see another massive drop in sales. Pearson has indicated that the full season will be included on one pass (so a slight increase in price) but the people in Hull are no mugs and will be thinking if they really want to splash out on games against Championship sides, especially when the KC is the easiest ground in the league to get tickets for given its huge capacity. Even though i've had a pass for years I'm wondering if I could live without the 3 games I get 'free' on my pass and just edge my bets and pay on the day and see how the season goes.
