All old grounds are remembered fondly and with rose-tints.
In the main, they were God-awful, run-down death-traps. Hence their demolition.
The Boulevard, Central Park, The Willows and Craven Park were pretty bad and had some terrible views, portakabin offices and toilets and crumbling terraces.
Think yourselves lucky you're not Fev, Wakey or Cas fans. |

Sure do played on it many times back in the day in curtain raisers for northern dairies, went to boulevard for years also as a fan started in 89 onwards remember john gallagher dropping that bomb in the premiership semi like it was yesterday as we all went mental! I was 13 at the time. Good times. |

For now, both sets of fans should take comfort that Dr Allam does not have outright ownership of either ground. Council ownership has never looked so good, in comparison to Allam World.

I'm looking forward to going to fev on sunday. Years since I was there. Does anyone know if they've "moved" the pitch and put the new stand at the end yet? |
