Trog bar, now that was a bar to be remembered, spent many a happy time in there during the mid seventies and early eighties before staggering across the road To Scamps untill 1.30 am.


Years ahead of its time and would be a big attraction if it were around today imo.

Trog bar was best bar in town,great music,stick to carpet and can bar...beer was bloody awful.

Aye the music was good, some good bands played in there, came out of the Trog bar many a time with my ears ringing because the live music was so loud.
Probably explains why i don't hear the missus when she says she want a job doing these days.
