| Before today I thought no, after today, I think YES. Briscoe could be a brilliant fullback. yeah mistakes will come but the brilliance with more ball will be supreme

| Quote UllFC="UllFC"Lineham is ready to start on the wing IMO, and if it is true we have signed Crookes then you have your 2 wingers for next year.'" Yeah and we'll need a 3rd as back up. Crookes is average and wouldn't want him been a first choice winger.

| Quote number 6="number 6"lets not get carried away, briscoe did well today, last week wigan showed why he shouldntbe fullback next season, also a couple of stray passes today that a regular FB would've made week in week out, i'd stick with horne as fb next season, (if we dont get mcdonnell) and use briscoe as back up!'"
Amen brother.
Briscoe had a good game. But let's not forget the fact that he also threw out some poor passes (just before half time, giving possession away yet again within a minute of half time) and he bombed a try in the first half after not taking Turners pass.
If he had a centre that passed tp him on the wing, he would naturally see more of the ball being our most potent attacking threat.

Hence why I keep saying Yeamo needs to be moved to the right!

| Quote The Hollywood Frasier="The Hollywood Frasier"Thought he was very good with the ball but his timing was off on a few occasions the only time everything went in sync was when Seymour linked up with him to put Foster away for his try.
I would keep him on the wing and look for another fullback going into next season but try to work Briscoe more into the middle of the pitch on some set plays around the ruck though.'"
Saved me typing it.

| Didn't see him today, but in previous games I thought his options still need working on - running into others space, passing etc. This will only come with good coaching and game time at full back. Looks like he's improving week on week.

| From Sky Sports
Gentle said Tom Lineham is playing out of position and learning the role on the run, with injuries dictating his selection at full-back.
"He's improving every week which is encouraging," said Gentle, adding the player has a lot to learn but is going well and will be much better next season with a full pre-season behind him.
"It's going to be terrific for next season."
think the person who typed that up must of been on the beer lol

| Briscoe is a real danger through the middle and seeing more of the ball is a big plus. However I don't see him as a fullback, not yet. He makes mistakes when passing in the line and doesn't always time his runs right. Certainly has potential but not where I'd play him. An good backup option though.

Good point
But as I've said numerous amount of times, Yeamo's biggest asset is his strong defence. Bang him on the right for us to counter other teams left. Which is were I'd say every team in the league including us has their best attacking side on the left. Yeamo's defence against others attack and allow us to play our better attacking centre (Crooks) on the left.

| Lets remember here, Briscoe is no full back and has stepped up to the plate and my god just imagine how good he could be if he was coached in that position, I reckon he would give Tomkins and Wellens a run for there money. Catlans couldnt handle him today, he was outstanding. Everyday will be a learning day for him. As for Horne I still think he has a role to play as his best games was at fullback also scoring twice in one game. With both of them in the team that gives us massve cover with quality players in more positions. As for Lineham, he attacks the line, is strong in the tackle and has pace, another one who will be a quality player next year

| tom was the most effective attacking player on the pitch tonight, parts of his game still need some work, but hes a fantastic pro and will work tirelessly to better himself.
he is quite clearly revelling in the opportunity to be more hands on within our game plan. the promise of a permanent place a full back might be enough for him to put the nrl dream well and truly on the back burner
